Fitness information, not medical advice
Read this one properly. Everything on this site — the Blue Green Model, the Session Composer, the session library, the Club, the articles and the product recommendations — is general fitness and wellness information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history.
Exercise carries risk. Before starting or changing a training programme — and especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a cardiovascular, metabolic or musculoskeletal condition, or taking medication — talk to a doctor or an appropriately qualified professional. Stop and seek help if you experience chest pain, dizziness, faintness or unusual shortness of breath.
You train at your own risk, and you are responsible for judging what is appropriate for your body on a given day. The model is explicitly built to be scaled down; scale it down.
Supplements and nutrition
Any supplement or nutrition item mentioned on this site is general information. Statements about supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and no product mentioned is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Talk to a qualified professional before starting anything, particularly alongside medication.
Where we link to a product we may, now or in future, earn a commission. It does not change the price you pay, and it does not decide what appears here — items are listed because a modality in the model calls for them.
Acceptable use
Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it, scrape it at volume, resell access to it, impersonate anyone, upload malicious code, or use it to harass another person. We may suspend access that does any of these.
Club accounts and purchases
Club membership and digital products are licensed to you personally. You may use them for your own training; you may not resell, redistribute, or publish them.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered immediately, which means they cannot be "returned". If a file will not download, is the wrong file, or is not what the page described, contact us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund it.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not pro-rate part-months, and we do not make cancellation hard to find.
Prices may change; a change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we tell existing members before a renewal price changes.
Intellectual property
The Blue Green Model, its terminology, the written system, the session library, the site design, code, text and images are the property of Club Concordia Fitness and its licensors, and are protected by copyright. You may share links and short quotes with attribution. You may not copy the system wholesale, republish it, or present it as your own.
No warranties, and what we are liable for
The site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using the model.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Club Concordia Fitness and Mentes Inc are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Club Concordia Fitness and Mentes Inc against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Paid engagements, coaching agreements or partnerships are governed by their own separate written agreement, which takes precedence over these terms where the two differ.
